Meet Julie Gardner,

I am 54 and married to Roger Gardner and live in Ethel Louisiana. I love country life; working in my Vegetable, flower and Herb gardens.

I have an RN Degree and I am a Certified Herbalist.

I am a hairdresser of 36 years and travel doing hair for homebound. I believe in eating healthy and naturally and want to encourage others in Health

and Wellness. My passion is encouraging women to support one another, to move forward in life and be of use to one another, and to our community.

To continually grow and overcome by stepping out.

I enjoy researching and engaging in health and fitness. It is never too late to begin "living".

Learning to live more naturally and enjoy being

"in the moments" of life. I believe we never stop learning and growing, "this is what keeps us young and engaged in life. I love worshipping and being a part of my church and my community and I always want to lift others up. I believe life is not a competition, but a celebration of a wonderful journey. Wellness and Health are crucial to a life well lived. My hobbies are reading , working out, being outdoors, gardening, singing and paddleboarding.
